BCM users at TCH and other hospitals sometimes have problems with access:
BCM staff working at TCH or the VA have two main options if they aren’t able to access library resources:
- Use Cisco AnyConnect to VPN into Baylor’s network and select the profile name ERC (which stands for Educational Resource Center) that they have setup to explicitly allow library resources
- Connect to the Citrix mainframe at https://myapps.bcm.edu
If they’re still unable to access any of the resources, they should call the BCM helpdesk at 713-798-8737 or open a support ticket through https://it.bcm.edu
