Signing into OpenAthens Using PubMed

OpenAthens is the authentication system used by the TMC Library. You will need to be authenticated by this system in order to access the subscription-based electronic resources.

Click on the PubMed logo on the Core Resources section of the TMC Library website or use this link: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez?otool=hamtmc. Accessing PubMed in this way will set up links to the TMC Library resources in the interface.

You will not immediately be prompted to sign in to OpenAthens when you access PubMed.

Next, conduct your search. Once you have found the citation for an article that you want, click on the Get Full Text @ TMC Library button in the top right corner of the page.
