Sign into the TMC Library's (not Rufus's!) YouTube channel.
Click on the library logo in the top-right corner and then go to "Your channel."
Click the blue Manage Channel button. A new tab will open.
Click the Create button in the top-right corner, then go to Upload videos. A new window will open.
Click the blue Select Files button and select the file you want to upload.
The video will start to upload and a new window will open.
Complete the Video Details. Note that you can upload a thumbnail image which will appear in search results. You will also need to specify whether the video is made for children.
When you are done, click the blue NEXT button in the bottom-right corner.
YouTube will check your video for possible copyright issues.Click the blue NEXT button in the bottom-right corner.
Adjust the Visibility settings. Do you want the video to be seen by everyone (Public), or only those with the link (Unlisted)? You can also schedule a time when the video will be made public.
Click the blue SAVE button in the bottom-right corner.
