For TMC Library affiliates, routine services are supplied free, subject to the following terms:
A single user is entitled to a maximum of 15 free requests per calendar year. Further ILL requests will be filled at $15.00 each until year’s end.
Duplicate and/or lost requests will be ordered at the expense of the patron.

The TMC Library subscribes to a lot of journals, but we don't have everything. Sometimes when you are trying to access the full text of an article, you will see a screen like this:
You have the ability to request the article through the TMC Library's interlibrary loan (ILL) service. In order to do this, you must register for an account with the Interlibrary Loan system. Users from Educational members should click on the top link.
If you are not already logged in using your academic credentials, you will be asked to do so:
If this is your first time using ILL (since 2024), you will be asked to register your account. Fill out the details and click save.
