If you are affiliated with a TMC Library member institution, you should never select the "full text" or "free full text" options.
- Free Full Text means that the article is in PMC or is Open Access and the full text is available to all, regardless of institutional affiliation. Choosing this option will eliminate from your results list hundreds or thousands of articles you would have been able to access via the TMC Library.
- Full Text means that there IS a link to the full text of the article - however; it may not be FREE. In many cases, this link will lead to the publisher’s website, where there may be a paywall for access. Again, choosing this option will eliminate articles available to you via the TMC Libary collection.
