New Homepage of Modern Journal

The homepage is the first component of Modern Journal Designs to be released. It includes the following customizable sections that provide a clean and intuitive layout for the journal's content. In the initial release, links in all sections will go to the appropriate classic journal page. Some of these elements include Current Issue, Current Articles and Most Popular Articles

What is also new is the addition of Featured Content, which displays the two most recently published articles by default, and can be customized to show any two live articles from your journal as well as optional image cards.

Should You Use Modern Journal

.Journals that utilize mostly standard configurations with limited customization, and editors that prefer to manage their own navigation menus and information pages, are a great fit for a Modern Journal Design. Other journals are great fit are those exploring new, contemporary alternatives to the current configurations and user experience, with featured articles and more images than traditional journals.
