In order to access most of the TMC Library's electronic resources, you will need to sign-in using OpenAthens.
It is not mandatory that users go through the Library website to access resources, but this method is useful to know which resources the Library has in its collection.

When trying to access resources from an EBSCO database (CINAHL, etc.), you will see a split screen for the login choice. The left side is used for logging in with generic OpenAthens credentials.
The right hand side with "Find your organisation" will allow Single Sign On users to use their institutional credentials. To use SSO credentials, search for "Texas Medical Center Library":

Upon clicking on "Texas Medical Center Library" as an organization, the menu drop down page will appear:
Choose your institution. Please note that Baylor College of Medicine, UT Health and MD Anderson users do not need to register for Open Athens. The system will use your institutional login to authenticate your access.
If you are a UT user, click the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston option from the menu above. You will be taken to the UTHealth Enterprise login prompt.
